The Committee reviewed the programme for fourth term.
The Members were concerned about meetings being held on Tuesdays. This day
was frequently allocated Joint Budget Committee meetings whereas initially the
Committee was supposed to sit on Fridays and Tuesdays were only to be used for
emergency meetings or public hearings.
The Chairperson noted all the concerns raised and said that the programme would
be adjusted to accommodate these concerns.
The meeting was adjourned.
