Report of the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (signed 25 September 2018), tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, dated 7 November 2018.
 

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request that Parliament approves the ratification of the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Treaty between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, recommends that the House approves the ratification of the Treaty in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996.
