MINUTES
Introduction by Chairperson
The Chairperson told the Committee the recommendations should focus on the problems so that areas, which needed attention, would be highlighted. From the recommendations it should be determined whether the problems were of a capacity or political nature. It was acknowledged that the funding of the Committee should be identified.

The Committee considered the report and effected certain grammatical amendments before adopting it.

The Committee considered the Report and effected certain grammatical amendments before adopting it.

Draft Report on Cuba Study Tour 23 November - 4 December 2006
The Committee considered the Report and effected certain grammatical amendments.

The Chairperson felt that a new addendum should be added to the Report that the Cuban model should be utilised in South Africa.

The Committee adopted the Report, as amended.

Draft Committee Annual Report 2007
The Committee considered the Report and adopted it, without amendments.

The meeting was adjourned.
