Report of the Portfolio Committee on Transport on the International   Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships, dated 20 February 2008:

The Portfolio Committee on Transport, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of Section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
