Report of the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services on the Treaty and Explanatory Memorandum the United Mexican States on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, dated 29 May 2020

 

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request that Parliament approves the ratification of the Treaty and the Explanatory Memorandum to the Treaty between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the United Mexican States on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the National Assembly approve the ratification of the Treaty.
