The Select Committee on Land and Environmental Affairs, having considered
the request for approval by Parliament of the
Acceptance of the Amendment of Annexure B of the
Kyoto Protocol (to include Belarus) to the United Nations Framework Convention
on Climate Change
,
referred to it, recommends that the
Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approves the said
Protocol.
