Report of the Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs on the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete Ozone Layer, tabled in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, 1996, dated 12 February 2019.
 

 

The Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete Ozone Layer, tabled in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, recommends that the House approve the said Agreement.
