REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS ON THE APPROPRIATION BILL [B 5 - 2017] (NATIONAL ASSEMBLY- SECTION 77), DATED 20 JUNE 2017
 

The Select Committee on Appropriations, having considered the Appropriation Bill [B 5 – 2017], referred to it, and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 77 Bill, reports that it has agreed to the Bill without proposed amendments. 

 

The Democratic Alliance had proposed 405 amendments to the Bill, in the amount of R10.8 billion, which were considered and rejected by the Committee.

 

The Democratic Alliance objected to the Bill.
