The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries briefed the committee on 20 November 2014 on the Marine Living Resources Amendment Bill [B 30B-2013]. The Bill was referred to the committee on 7 November 2013.

The Select Committee on Land and Environmental Affairs, having deliberated on and considered the subject of the Marine Living Resources Amendment Bill [B 30B-2013] (National Assembly – sec 76), referred to it and classified by the JTM as a section 76 Bill, agrees to the Bill.
