Report of the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the Hong Kong special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China Concerning Surrender of Fugitive Offenders, dated 11 November 2009: 

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the Hong Kong special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China Concerning Surrender of Fugitive Offenders, recommends that the National Assembly approves the Agreement.
