The Portfolio Committee on Police having deliberated and considered the subject matter of the Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Amendment Bill [B9B-2013] ,(the Amendment Bill), as amended by the Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development, on 15 October 2013, and referred to the Portfolio Committee for concurrence on 22 October 2013, recommends that the House, adopts the amendments to the Amendment Bill.
