Report of the Select Committee on Trade and International Relations on the Agreement amending for the second time the Cotonou Partnership Agreement, dated 5 November 2012

The Select Committee on Trade and International Relations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement amending for the second time the Cotonou Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
