Election of Acting Chairperson
In accordance with the rules of Parliament, the Committee Secretary presided over the nomination and election of an acting Chairperson. Without any opposition, Ms M Makgale was duly elected to this position.
Consideration and Adoption of the Committee’s five-year Strategic Plan Report
The Committee reviewed the report and discussed the minor amendments that must be made to it. These mainly related to grammatical errors.
The Report was adopted, with the necessary adjustments.
The Committee Coordinator briefly informed Members about their oversight visits for the remainder of the year.
The meeting was adjourned.
