Summary: 

In Ms Mentor’s absence, Mr Gerber was elected to chair the meeting. The Committee was most distressed, this was the third time it had met in order to take decisions on the four legislative proposals, but there was still no quorum. As meetings without quorums was such a waste of time it was decided not to meet again until the House was sitting, and agreed that the next meeting be arranged for 23 September. The meeting was adjourned.
