Summary: 

The meeting could not reach a quorum as most members of the Committee were absent. Members who were present at the meeting were: Mr L Landers (Chairperson); Mr A Moseki - Co-Chair; Ms S Seaton (IFP) and Mr D Gumede (ANC). Those attending the meeting agreed unanimously that the date of submission should be the 20 June 2008.

The meeting was adjourned
