The Committee considered its Draft Second Term Programme as well as its Draft Legislative Programme. Minutes of a previous Committee meeting were adopted, with amendments.

Draft Committee Second Term Programme and Legislative Programme
The Chairperson took the Committee through the two Draft Programmes, and the Committee effected certain amendments to items on both programmes.
Mr A Watson (DA, Mpumalanga) suggested that the committee should regard the Draft Second Term Programme as a framework subject to change. The Committee seconded his suggestion.
Adoption of minutes
The Committee considered and adopted its minutes of the meeting held on 18 March 2008, with amendments.
The meeting was adjourned.
