Comment: Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Bill [B8-2010]

 

The Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry has published the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Bill [B8-2010] for public comments

Comments can be emailed to the Committee Secretary: Mr Andre Hermans at ahermans@parliament.gov.za by not later than 15 July 2010. Please also indicate if you wish to make oral presentation

Public hearings will be held in the second half of July 2010
