The Committee considered its Report on the Financial and Fiscal Commission (FFC) submissions. Members effected certain grammatical amendments before adopting the Report.

Adoption of minutes
The Committee adopted the minutes of previous meetings held on August 21 and 28, September 14 and on October 19, with amendments.
