HEALTH PROFESSIONS AMENDMENT BILL: ADOPTION

Health Professions Amendment Bill [B10D-2006] - as adopted by the Select Committee

SUMMARY
The Committee agreed that there was no need to further discuss the Committee’s amendments, as Members were familiar with them. It was also noted that those amendments were now included in the consolidated B10D-2006. It was proposed that the consolidated Bill be considered for adoption.

Mr J Sibiya (ANC) [Limpopo] took the Committee through the consolidated Health Professions Amendment Bill (B10D-2006] clause-by-clause, which included the Committee’s amendments.

After going through the entire consolidated Bill, the Chairperson noted that the Committee adopted the Bill.
