MINUTES
Because of poor attendance from Committee Members the meeting was adjourned early. The Chair and other Members noted that the record of attendance of this Committee was very bad.

Dr J T Delport (DA) said that Members who could not make it should send an alternate instead. 

Adv. T M Masutha said that The Committee was ineffective and that the Rules Committee may decide to create another ad hoc committee to deal with this committee’s issue.

The Chair stated that there needed to be more deliberation on the issues that have been submitted by the public and that there is no quorum.

The meeting was adjourned.
