MINUTES 
Only two Committee Members attended at the meeting - Mr F Adams (ANC) and Mr M Mzizi (IFP). Mr O Bawaa (committee secretary) informed the Members that the chairperson’s absence had been due to a flight delay and that for the meeting to begin, six provinces had to be present.
