ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON

A chairperson was not elected at this meeting. The committee decided first to obtain mandates from their respective provinces. They will meet on 23 February 2000 to elect a chairperson.

The following five Provinces were present at the meeting: Eastern Cape; Free State; Kwazulu-Natal; Northern Province and North-West.
