Frequently Asked Questions - Free Alerts
Click on the change details link under the “ Free Alerts” title on the homepage to update your contact information. To unsubscribe from the PMG service please email the Website Administrator and specify the nature of your request.
Log on using your User Name and Password in bottom left of PMG home page.
Choose Edit my Account in bottom middle of PMG home page.
This will take you to your Account details.
Choose the Edit tab.
Click on the Free Alerts Subscription link.
Tick (subscribe) or untick (unsubscribe) the relevant committees.
Click Submit at the bottom of the page to save your settings.
Free Alerts keep you updated on the activities of Committees of the South African Parliament. Once registered and logged in, you choose those Committees that interest you at Free Alerts.
Alerts are then emailed to you when new Committee content is posted (such as new Meeting Reports, relevant Bills, Ministerial briefings and requests for public comment).
You can unsubscribe at any time at Edit My Account.
You need to register for an account to receive PMG Free Alerts.
Once logged in, browse to My Account, then to Edit, then to Free Alerts Subscription. Once there, tick the boxes next to the Committees for which you would like to receive Free Alerts, and click Submit at the bottom of the page to save your settings.
