Report of the Standing Committee on Finance on the Protocol between the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of Seychelles, dated 11 October 2011.


The Standing Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Protocol amending the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Seychelles and the Government of the Republic of South Africa for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approves the said protocol.
