The Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans, having considered the subject of the Military Ombudsman Bill [B9– 2011] (National Assembly – sec 75), referred to it, and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 75 Bill, reports the Bill with amendments [B9A- 2011]

The Democratic Alliance objected to Clause 4 and Clause 6 of the Bill.
