The Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development, having considered the Draft Notice and Schedule in terms of section 12(3) of the Magistrates Act, 1993 (Act No 90 of 1993), determining the rate at which salaries are payable to magistrates annually with effect from 1 April 2011, referred to it, recommends that the Council approve the said Draft Notice and Schedule.
