The Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development, having considered the Draft Notice and Schedule submitted in terms of section 2(4) of the Judges Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 2001 (Act No 47 of 2001), determining the rate at which salaries are payable to Constitutional Court Judges and Judges annually with effect from 1 April 2011, referred to it, recommends that the Council approve the said Draft Notice and Schedule.
