The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, having considered the Constitution Eighteenth Amendment Bill [B8-2011], referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 74(3)(b) Bill, reports the Bill with an amendment [B8A-2011].

The Democratic Alliance voted against the Bill and the African Christian Democratic Party abstained from voting.
