Report of the Select Committee on Finance on the Agreement on the Establishment of the African Tax Administration Forum, dated 31 August 2011

The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Republic of South Africa of the Agreement on the Establishment of the African Tax Administration Forum, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approves the said agreement.
