Report of the Portfolio Committee on Women, Children, Youth and People with Disabilities on the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Protocol on Gender and Development, dated 24 August 2011:

The Portfolio Committee on Women, Children, Youth and People with Disabilities, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Protocol on Gender and Development referred to it, recommends that the National Assembly, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approve the said Protocol.
