Report of the Portfolio Committee on Communications on Appointment of Dr Marcia Socikwa to serve on the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) Council, dated 12 April 2011

The Portfolio Committee on Communications, having considered the request from the Minister of Communications for appointment of Dr Marcia Socikwa to serve on the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), recommends that the House approves the appointment of Dr Marcia Socikwa in terms of section 5(1B) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (No 13 of 2000), as amended.
