Report of the Select Committee on Appropriations on the Agreement between the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of Kenya, dated 09 March 2011

The Select Committee on Appropriations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement between the government of the Republic of South Africa and the government of the Republic of Kenya for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approves the said Agreement.
