Report of the Select Committee on Appropriations on the Protocol between the Republic of South Africa and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, dated 09 March 2011

The Select Committee on Appropriations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Protocol between the government of the Republic of South Africa and the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to amend the convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital gains, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approves the said Protocol.
