Report of the Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development on the Practical Guidelines for Employees, submitted in terms of section 10 (4)(a) of the Protected Disclosures Act, 2000 (Act No 26 of 2000), dated 2 March 2011

The Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development having received a briefing on the Practical Guidelines for Employees, and having concluded its deliberations on the Practical Guidelines for Employees, submitted in terms of section 10 (4)(a) of the Protected Disclosures Act, 2000 (Act No 26 of 2000), recommends that the National Council of Provinces approve said Guidelines.
