The Portfolio Committee on Police, having considered the Independent Police Investigative Directorate Bill [B15D-2010] (National Assembly – sec 76), as amended by the National Council of Provinces and referred to it, reports that it rejects clause 7 and agrees to clauses 1, 21 and 29 of the Bill.
