The Portfolio Committee on Police, having considered the Civilian Secretariat for Police Service Bill [B16D-2010] (National Assembly – sec 76), as amended by the National Council of Provinces and referred to it, reports that it rejects clauses 12, 18, 21 and agrees to Clause 26 of the Bill.
