Report of the Standing Committee on the Auditor-General on the Appointment of an External Auditor, dated 16 November 2010

The Standing Committee on the Auditor-General, having considered the recommendation from the Audit Committee of the Auditor-General to the appointment of the firm Kwinana and Associates, as External Auditor, agrees to the appointment subject to the confirmation that Kwinana and Associates has at least five (5) partners and provides proof of a satisfactory IRBA review of the assignment partners and of the firm, where possible.
