The Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, having considered the Draft Disaster Management Volunteer Regulations and Explanatory Memorandum on the Objects of the Regulations drafted in terms of section 59 of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), referred to the Committee, reports that it recommends the House to approve the Regulations and Memorandum.
