The Report of the Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans on the Protocol of Amendments of the International Hydrographic Organisation Convention, dated 15 September 2009:

The Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Protocol of Amendments of the International Hydrographic Organisation Convention recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
