Report of the Portfolio Committee on Communications on inquiry into the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) Board, dated 17 June 2009:

The Portfolio Committee on Communications reports that it intends to commence with an inquiry into the SABC Board in terms of section 15A of the Broadcasting Act (No 4 of 1999), as amended by the Broadcasting Amendment Act (No 4 of 2009), read with Assembly Rule 201(1)(c).
