The Portfolio Committee on Communications, having considered Budget Vote 6 and Strategic Plans of the Government Communications and Information System and its entities for the 2009/10 financial year, reports that it has concluded its deliberations thereon.

The Committee recommends that Budget Vote 6 be passed.
