The Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Affairs, having considered the Amending Draft Notice and Schedule submitted in terms of section 2(4) of the Judges Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 2001 (Act No 47 of 2001), determining the rate at which salaries are payable to Constitutional Court judges and judges annually, referred to it, recommends that the Council approves the said Amending Draft Notice and Schedule.
