The Committee on Private Members’ Legislative Proposals and Special Petitions, having considered the Legislative proposal to amend the Labour Relations Act (No 66 of 1995) submitted by Mr M Lowe, and having consulted with the Department of Labour, recommends that permission not be given to the member to proceed with the proposal.
