Report of the Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs on the National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute Bill [B41B – 2008] (National Assembly – sec 75), dated 16 October 2008:

The Select Committee on Economic and Foreign Affairs, having considered the subject of the National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute Bill [B41B – 2008] (National Assembly – sec 75) referred to it, reports the Bill with proposed amendments as follows:

1. On page 2, in line 19, to omit, “and committee directors”.

CLAUSE 7

1. On page 5, after line 54, to insert the following:

“(5) The board must forward the report referred to in section 17(2(c), as approved by it, to the Minister within three months of the end of the financial year.”
