The Portfolio Committee on Finance, having been instructed by the National Assembly to consider a procedure to amend money bills before Parliament with a view to introducing a bill dealing with the matter, and having complied with Rule 239 (1) of the National Assembly, reports in terms of Rule 239 (3) that it has published the draft Money Bill Amendment Procedure and Related Matters Bill (Gazette No. 31238, 10 July 2008).
