The Select Committee on Social Services having considered the subject of the Refugees Amendment Bill [B11B – 2008] (National Assembly – sec 75), referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 75 Bill, reports the Bill with proposed amendments as follows:
CLAUSE 14

On page 8, in line 40, to omit “the” and to substitute “any”.
On page 8, in line 40, to omit “that processed his or her application”.
