The Committee on Private Members` Legislative Proposals and Special Petitions, having considered the Legislative Proposal to amend the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers Act (No 20 of 1998), submitted by Mrs S A Seaton, and having consulted with the Presidency, recommends that permission be given to the member to proceed with the proposal.
