Report of the Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs and Tourism on the Agreement establishing the Africa Institute for the Environmentally Sound Management of Hazardous and Other Waste, tabled in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, 1996, dated 03 June 2008.

The Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs and Tourism, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement establishing the Africa Institute for the Environmentally Sound Management of Hazardous and Other Waste, tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, referred to it, recommends that the House approve the said Agreement.
