Report of the Portfolio Committee on Transport on the 1991 Amendments to the Convention on the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), 1948, dated 20 February 2008:

The Portfolio Committee on Transport, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the 1991 Amendments to the Convention on the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), 1948, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of Section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
