The Select Committee on Labour and Public Enterprises, having considered the subject of the South African Express Bill [B 14B- 2007] (National Assembly – sec 75), referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 75 Bill, reports the Bill with proposed amendments, as follows:

1. On page 2, in line 8, to omit "4" and to substitute "6".

1. On page 4, in line 20, to omit "4" and to substitute "6".

2. On page 4, in line 23, to omit "or".
